Emeka possesses experiential and practical knowledge of the insurance sectors having risen to become the Head of the Legal and Compliance units at International Energy Insurance Plc. Emeka was also the pioneer Legal Counsel and Chief Risk Officer of Paycom Nigeria Limited (OPay), and possesses conversant skills in Company Secretarial, Corporate Governance and Regulatory Compliance matters. With an LLM in International & Commercial business law from the University of East Anglia, Norwich, Norfolk, United Kingdom, he has a demonstrated expertise in Commercial and Business transactions; an expertise that is only matched by his inimitable knack to minimize legal risks and contractual liability associated with any business operations. Emeka is an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, the Nigerian Bar Association and the International Bar Association. In his spare time, Emeka loves to listen to music, play lawn tennis and football. Emeka is presently the Managing Partner of the firm.
